New Famous Artist Series for Kids to Learn to Create Like the Greats!
The Harrison Ranch Arts Guild members have created a new series of monthly art classes that help to educate children on various well respected artists and the kinds of work they do. The children are encouraged to create something similar to what the artists do, using their techniques. From December 2016 through May 2017 a different artist will be featured! These classes are hosted and sponsored by the Rocky Bluff Library (6750 Us Highway 301 N, Ellenton, FL 34222) and the Friends of the Rocky Bluff Library, and the children that attend get to go for FREE!
The members of the Harrison Ranch arts guild volunteer to lead the classes and sometimes donate items to be used in the art making process. The children that take the classes get to go home with their very own piece of art work!
Parents may sign their children up for the Rocky Bluff Library Kids Art Club classes by calling: 941-723-4821. Thank you to the Friends of the Rocky Bluff Library and the library for helping to make these classes available for the community.
