The front door opens and closes. There is an adorable porch. The shingles on the roof are hand-stained. There are hardwood floors, flower boxes, raised panel shutters, gingerbread trim, molded railings and porch posts, and a staircase. It is 24 1/4 inches wide by 17 5/8 inches deep and 29 3/8 inches high. This style doll house typically sells assembled for around $325!
Thank you to everyone who donated to this dollhouse project. All the proceeds are going towards future activities for the community such as kids' art classes and community painting projects.
