Come to the Creativity Extravaganza!

For the first time, outside artists have been invited to participate in the Harrison Ranch Arts Guild Creativity Extravaganza that will be held on January 27, 2018, from 1PM to 5PM, at 5755 Harrison Ranch Boulevard in Parrish, Florida. Be sure to attend this event! This event is open to the public, family friendly and free to attendees. It is a unique artistic event as it offers participants the ability to either show artwork, demonstrate what they do, have educational displays on different forms of art, sell their artwork, or have activities for the public to participate in. The purpose of the event is to have a platform where the public comes together and is inspired by the wide range of creativity that is in our community.

Attendees will see acrylic, oil, and watercolor paintings, book illustrations, photography, ceramic sculptures, pottery, jewelry, cigar box guitars, stained glass work, handmade cards, miniature scenes in baskets, rock painting, and much more! All the artwork is handmade. There will even be a musician that creates music for films. There will be free crafts for children to enjoy, and frozen hot chocolate for attendees to purchase. Some of the participants are members of the Parrish Arts Council, Harrison Ranch Arts Guild, Art Center Manatee, Anna Maria Island Art League, Colony Cove Art Club, Parrish Rocks, and other local creative groups.

This event is hosted by the Harrison Ranch Arts Guild; a collection of creative residents that enjoy doing social activities together and hosting events that enrich and inspire the community. The members of the art guild are those that volunteer to teach the free art classes for kids at the library, so if your children have enjoyed those classes, be sure to go to this event and check out what the artists create on their own time.
Save the date, attend this event, invite everyone you know to experience the amazing creativity that comes from people who live in Parrish and the surrounding community! For more information visit  www.HarrisonRanchArtsGuild.com or call Chi Kulig at 860-983-3767.
