Yes! Back by popular demand, the Harrison Ranch Arts Guild is hosting it's third evening of Wine, Cheese and Painting. Due to construction on the event facility, this event was unable to take place last year, however - this year the event is back and is going to be just as fun as the others.

On Friday, March 16th from 6:30 to 9:30 PM, join us at 5755 Harrison Ranch Boulevard for this exciting fundraising event and special night out. This is a fun night of watching five local artists paint with acrylic paints on five separate canvases. Each artist chooses their own subject and after fifteen minutes they switch canvases with the next artist. In the end, all five artists will have painted on each canvas to result in some very unique and delightful works of art! All the canvases will be silent auctioned off and 100% of the painting proceeds will directly benefit local nonprofits and charities of the artists’ choosing. There will also be a $100 Art Supply Gift Basket by Keeton’s Office & Art Supply of Bradenton raffled off.

This year the artists are: Liz Estes; Barbara Hart; Mavis Jan-Lai; Jerri Phillips; and Sally Wooldridge. Liz Estes’ painting will benefit the Parrish YMCA. Barbara Hart’s painting will benefit the Florida Railroad Museum. Mavis Jan-Lai’s painting will benefit the Rocky Bluff Library. Jerri Phillips’ painting will benefit the Parrish Arts Council. Sally Wooldridge’s painting will benefit the Bishop Animal Shelter. All five artists are local painters that reside in Parrish and the surrounding community.

This is a free event. Cheese, crackers and water will be provided. Attendees may bring wine or a beverage of their choosing. From 6:30 to 7:00 PM, attendees will have the chance to get to know the artists and at 7PM the painting begins. Don’t miss out on this interesting evening!
