Hao Penghe, graduated from Dalian Polytechnic University, China.
He majored in fine arts and contemporary art.
He won many scholarships at the university as well as won numerous Gold Art Awards.
He has been featured in juried art shows, at fairs, and in a local gallery in Parrish.
